Eric Lenoir, cafe owner and pastry chef, learned the art of pastry making as a youth, while bakin g at his mother’s side in Paris, France. He has worked worldwide, inc luding being a chef in Las Vegas and Ecuador, and starring in hisown own TV cooking show in California. Lenoir is very grateful to Café des Ar tistes chef-owner Thierry Blouet and to his recently deceased fri end Patrick Denoun (designer ofhis his logo), both of whom inspired and encouraged him to live his dr eam, producing high quality, auth entic French pastry in Vallarta.
